Dream Cuisine was founded in 2010, and has been providing Canberra with exceptional quality pastries, tarts and macarons, made using difficult to source and high quality ingredients since day one.

Treat yourself to an iced Christmas pudding! ( Vegan, GF) In collaboration with Poncho Fox Distillery we have created a luscious kit with rum soaked dried fruit, pistachio praline and chocolate. Just stir into your favourite vanilla ice cream  and freeze. Order on this website & pick up from EPIC  on 23rd Dec or Haig Park markets  24th Dec.

Viennoiserie (Croissants, Scrolls and Danish)

Classic Croissant

Classic Laminated yeasted pastry, made with Australian cultured jersey butter. Made over 3 days, our croissants have 18 layers.

Chocolate Croissant (Pain au Chocolat)

Contains 20g of rich and aromatic 58% Lindt dark chocolate.

Raspberry Danish

An elegant nest of our classic croissant pastry, filled with traditionally made creme patissiere with real vanilla beans and topped with fresh Australian raspberries.

Mixed Berry Danish

An elegant nest of our classic croissant pastry, filled with traditionally made creme patissiere with real vanilla beans and topped with fresh Australian strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Snail (Pain au Raisin)

An absolute classic found in every patisserie in France, ours is made with the most incredible natural sultanas from Mildura NSW and our delicious house-made vanilla bean creme patissiere.

A muffin-shaped croissant, we cut this open and fill it with all the things: creme patissier, whipped vanilla cream, homemade strawberry jam and fresh strawberries. Topped with a dusting of icing sugar and freeze-dried raspberry powder. 

Caramelised Apple Danish

An elegant nest of our classic croissant pastry, filled with traditionally made creme patissier with real vanilla beans and topped with our special mix of diced caramelised apple flavoured with cinnamon and vanilla.

The ultimate decadent "Weekend Pastry", ours is filled and topped with rich almond cream flavoured with real vanilla bean and locally made rum. Finished with sliced almonds.

The ultimate decadent "Weekend Pastry", with extra decadence, this is simply our almond croissant with the addition of chocolate. 

Salted Caramel Scroll

Based upon the Kouign Amann from Brittany, this scroll has additional butter, sugar and sea salt flakes rolled into the pastry, that caramelise upon baking. The result is a deliciously sweet and crispy pastry for all the sugar fiends.

We sell at weekend markets only. 


You can find us at the Capital Region Farmers Market on Saturdays, and the Haig Park Village Markets and Old Bus Depot Markets on Sundays.
